Billing & Renewal Dates
Seasonal members are billed on a rolling basis. After your initial subscription payment, you will be billed two to three weeks prior to the next season’s ship date. For example, if you started your subscription in February, for the Spring Box of Style, you will receive the Spring box with your initial payment. You will be billed for the Summer box in mid-May.
Annual members sign up for a full year, 4 boxes, from the date of purchase and do not have to worry about reoccurring seasonal charges. After you receive your fourth box, your annual membership will automatically renew two to three weeks prior to the next season’s ship date. So if you join in February, for the Spring Box of Style, you won’t have to worry about another payment until mid-February of the following year when we renew your annual membership. International customers please read special shipping information above for reoccurring shipping costs.
In both cases, you only need to subscribe one time. You do not need to purchase the next season’s box; your card will be automatically charged.
- Spring renewal charges occur mid-February
- Summer renewal charges occur mid-May
- Fall renewal charges occur mid-August
- Winter renewal charges occur mid-November
Box of Style Subscriptions ship from earliest subscriber to newest, so it may take several weeks to ship depending on the subscription start date. International shipments may take longer to ship and arrive due to the customs requirement and clearance.
Ship months are:
- Spring boxes begin shipping mid-March
- Summer boxes begin shipping mid-June
- Fall boxes begin shipping mid-September
- Winter boxes begin shipping mid-December
Address changes must be made within your account prior to the ship month for existing or renewing members. Please view the address change deadlines for existing or renewing members below:
- Spring shipment address update deadline is February 22
- Summer shipment address update deadline is May 22
- Fall shipment address update deadline is August 22
- Winter shipment address update deadline is November 22
If you’re a new member, please update your address within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order information is sent to our fulfillment center the order information cannot be changed, altered, or cancelled.
To change your address, simply login and click the “CHANGE ADDRESS” button next to the subscription that needs to be updated. Here you can update your address.
Box of Style subscriptions automatically renew. Annual Box of Style Subscriptions cannot be cancelled for a refund during the subscription period. To prevent your Annual subscription from renewing, cancellation requests should be submitted after receiving your fourth box and before your subscription renewal date. To ensure all boxes arrive accordingly, Annual Subscription can only be cancelled after all boxes have been delivered. Seasonal Box of Style Subscriptions can be cancelled during the subscription period, but only after receipt of the first season’s box. If you would like to cancel your seasonal subscription after receiving the first box, then make sure to do so before the 15th of the month prior to receiving your next box; otherwise you will continue to be billed for the following month’s box. There are no cancellation fees.
In order to cancel your subscription, please contact us here and select “Cancellation Request”. Canceling your subscription prior to the renewal month will stop any further credit card charges.

Currently, Box of Style subscriptions and renewals will include sales tax for subscriptions sent to the following states:

Box of Style is proud to offer free ground shipping on all orders shipping within the U.S. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Boxes are shipped via FedEx Smartpost. Please note your box will be dropped off at your doorstep without signature confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their box can be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery.
International shipping is now available for the following countries:
- United Kingdom
We offer a $15 (USD) flat rate to ship internationally per shipment. Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping flat rate. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be collected from carrier upon delivery. Please note, some orders may experience customs delays.
Annual International members are charged $60 with their initial subscription payment which covers the cost of shipping for 4 boxes. There will be no further payment required for Annual International Members during their subscription other than the duties and taxes to be paid to the carrier upon delivery.
All international orders are billed in USD.
All Box of Style purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of The Zoe Report Box of Style boxes, and any box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Box of Style does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified in writing (email will suffice) within 4 weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that orders may take 2 weeks to fulfill from the time of shipment. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Zoe Media Group.
